I clicked through the homepage, the Watches collection, two product pages, and the cart. September 10, 2026.
What I would do
Fix the store before you spend more on ads
The site itself works. You can add things to cart and get into checkout. Google Ads tracking is already on the site, so that part is covered.
The real problem is that someone who just clicked an ad does not get enough reason to buy. There is almost no story on the homepage about what the products are, what they do, why they are worth $109–$199, or what life looks like with them. And there is not enough trust either: no reviews, a thin About page, and only a support email for contact.
So the next step is conversion work on the homepage and trust pieces, not more ads setup. More spend right now mostly buys the same drop-off you are already seeing.
