Why we chose this piece
We pulled this Victorian turquoise ring from a tray of dozens and kept coming back to it. The robin's-egg stones still hold that soft, chalky Persian-turquoise color collectors chase, set in warm 14k that's mellowed for a century. We won't find this exact ring again.

I passed on a dozen turquoise rings with cloudy or dyed stones. I kept this one for the even, untreated color and the original 14k band — the kind of honest, wearable antique that's getting genuinely hard to find.
